Privacy Policy for ADMIT UNIT
Effective Date: May 8, 2026
ADMIT UNIT ("we," "us," or "our"), a subsidiary of ADMIT Group, operates the admitunit.asia portal. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data confidentiality and security for the Cambodian SMEs, Development Partners, and Investors we serve.
1. Information Collection
To execute our 4-Program Implementation strategy, we collect:
- SME Business Data: Legal registration, tax documents (Patent/VAT), and ISIC codes.
- Operational Intelligence: Internal SOPs, organizational charts, and production capacity details.
- Financial Records: Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and audit-ready data.
- Partner/Donor Data: Contact and organizational information for entities sponsoring SME assessments.
- Verified Data (APIs): Information retrieved through our integrations with verify.gov.kh, GDT, and ACAR when the corporation begin.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely for the purpose of business optimization and market acceleration:
- Diagnostics: To generate the Export Readiness & Fundraising Reports.
- Implementation: To help our specialists (CS, SA, OM) build your "SOP Playbook".
- Impact Tracking: To allow Development Partners (Donors) to monitor the progress and growth of the SMEs they sponsor.
- Badge Qualification: To verify data for issuance of 2bReady trust badges (L1–L4).
3. Data Sharing & The Ecosystem
ADMIT UNIT acts as the "Implementer". To provide a seamless value chain, data is shared as follows:
- To 2bReady: To convert your compliance into a digital Trust Badge.
- To 2bgro & 2bShip: To facilitate e-commerce listing and e-logistics fulfillment once standards are met.
- To Development Partners: Donors have read-only access to the diagnostic reports and progress dashboards of the specific SMEs they have sponsored.
- To GoInvestors: Financial summaries are shared with our investor network only upon your explicit request for the "Investable" (L4) status.
4. Data Security: The "Digital Vault"
We employ a "Business Isolation" protocol. Your sensitive files (SOPs, Tax IDs) are stored in a Digital Vault. Access is restricted by role-based permissions, ensuring that one business cannot access another’s data, and Partners can only see their sponsored portfolio.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or request the 'Soft Deletion' of your business profile and data within our system. However, certain records may be retained as required by Cambodian Law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (such as GDT and ACAR requirements), and enforce our agreements.
7. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us at[email protected].
